  • 1 package (14 oz)firm or extra-firm tofu
  • cornstarch
  • high-heat cooking oil
  • salt

Instructions

Drain and press the tofu for 30-60 minutes

Cut the pressed tofu into one-inch cubes

Toss the cubes in cornstarch until well coated

Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat

Fry the tofu in batches until golden brown and crispy

Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate and sprinkle with salt
