  • 2 tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tspoil-free Asian chili sauce
  • 2 tspmaple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 tspfinely minced garlic
  • 1 tspfinely minced ginger
  • 0.5 tspblack sesame seeds
  • 0.5 tspwhite sesame seeds
  • 2 tbspsliced green onions

Instructions

Place the block of silken tofu in a shallow bowl or a plate with a high rim

In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, chili sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and optional miso paste until fully combined

Pour the dressing evenly over the tofu block
