- 2 tbsprice vinegar
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tspoil-free Asian chili sauce
- 2 tspmaple syrup or date syrup
- 1 tspfinely minced garlic
- 1 tspfinely minced ginger
- 0.5 tspblack sesame seeds
- 0.5 tspwhite sesame seeds
- 2 tbspsliced green onions
Instructions

Place the block of silken tofu in a shallow bowl or a plate with a high rim

In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, chili sauce, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and optional miso paste until fully combined
